Saint-Martin church (12th century)
Grand'Place, Marcinelle

The Roman tower dates back to the 11th or 12th century.

The nave, from the 17th and 18th centuries, was restored in 1923. The style is a blend of Roman and Meuse.

Inside, the visitor can admire the fine Way of the Cross by Marcel Wolfers. The fourteen stations of the cross are made of lacquered fired sandstone.
